This outlet mall brings together a full range of brands. Located right on Osaka Bay, it's also a great spot to relax. The building's design has made it a popular venue for weddings among many young couples. Several spots are designed to offer panoramic views of Osaka Bay. Inside, there are 43 well-known brand stores, including ABC-MART for affordable shoes of many brands, SUITS & SUITS for both casual and formal suits, Uniqlo for affordable Japanese fashion, and Baby & Child UNO for children's clothing, shoes, toys, and stylishly designed baby items. There are also restaurants, a supermarket, and a cinema. It's a mid-sized outlet mall, similar to a department store, ideal for a relaxed shopping stroll. This is one of the largest premium outlets in Japan, and it's easy to reach from Kansai International Airport, as it sits just across from the airport. Rinku Premium Outlets takes its design cues from a port town in the American South, recreating the feel of a grand shopping harbor with stylish, upscale decor. It brings together more than 210 stores, each offering great promotions and discounts on popular brands. With such a wide selection at such good prices, you'll want to buy something new every day. Brands here range from famous luxury labels to everyday street brands, covering clothing, bags, shoes, and homeware, including Dolce & Gabbana, Armani, Kate Spade New York, Coach, United Arrows, NIKE, Adidas, and Royal Copenhagen. When you get hungry or tired from walking, there's a food court with a great selection of restaurants, just as good as those in major department stores.

3. Mitsui Outlet Park Osaka Kadoma (formerly Osaka Tsurumi)

Mitsui Outlet Park Osaka Tsurumi is a popular indoor shopping destination thanks to its easy access, just steps from Kadoma-Minami Station. The spacious layout makes for a comfortable walk, with 56 well-known brand stores, including several exclusive to this location, such as SEIKO, Polo Ralph Lauren, Coach, Timberland, NIKE, Adidas, and FILA. Floors 3 to 5 are filled with fashion stores and a food court. Families with young children will find dedicated children's restrooms and nursing rooms for mothers. You won't need much cash either, as almost every store accepts cards. If you're carrying a lot of bags, coin lockers are available so you can shop hands-free. When you need a break, there are several cafes with a pleasant atmosphere to rest and recharge. On weekends, rotating events and live music performances provide entertainment throughout the year.

This smaller-scale outlet also houses a large indoor amusement park full of attractions for kids. It's ideal for relaxed shopping combined with quality family time. The building spans 6 floors with a modern design. Most stores focus on popular brands: name-brand clothing for both men and women, ABC-MART with strong promotions across many shoe brands, plus sports equipment and furniture. There are also boutique-style cafes serving local Japanese food as well as homemade hamburgers. It's an outlet where parents can enjoy shopping while spending quality time with their family at the same time.

Access : Take the Chuo Line to Cosmosquare Station, transfer to the Nanko Port Town Line (New Tram), and get off at Trade Center-mae Station, about a 2-minute walk from ATC.
