How to Use
- Unlimited rides on the following public transport
- JR limited express and local trains between Nagoya and Takayama
- JR limited express and local trains between Osaka and Kanazawa
- Buses between Takayama and Kanazawa
- Sarubobo buses in Takayama
- Free seat reservations on limited express trains
- The pass must be used for 5 consecutive days, with validity counted from midnight to midnight
- Sold to foreign tourists only
- This ticket is personal and cannot be transferred to another person. You must show the ticket together with your passport every time you travel

Tips
The Takayama-Hokuriku Area Tourist Pass is a great option for travelers who want to visit Takayama, Shirakawago, and Kanazawa from Nagoya, Kyoto, or Osaka. It also covers routes to Gero Onsen, Kaga Onsen, and Fukui. When you calculate the cost, buying this pass works out cheaper than paying individual fares.
Another option for traveling in the same area is the Shoryudo Highway Bus Ticket, which covers the same routes as the Takayama-Hokuriku Area Tourist Pass except for the route between Osaka and Kanazawa, and can only be used on buses.
