• Travel agencies - JTB, Kinki Nippon Tourist, Nippon Travel Agency, Tobu Top Tours, Nishitetsu Travel, JALPAK, JR Hokkaido, JR East, JR West, JR Tokai Tours, JR Kyushu, Hankyu Travel, FUJI TRAVEL SERVICE, and Meitetsu World Travel
  Note: not sold in Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama, Chiba, Ibaraki, Tochigi, Gunma, and Yamanashi prefectures
• Airports - Haneda Airport (International Terminal Visitor Information Center), Narita Airport, and Yonago Airport
  Note: at Haneda and Narita Airports, tickets are sold only to foreign visitors on a tourist visa, who must show their passport when buying. At Yonago Airport, tickets are sold only to passengers of specific airlines.
• Hotels - No hotels are on the current official list of sales locations.
  Some hotel plans include the ticket when you book them online.
